Yes we do - we offer delivery and collection for an extra fee. 

Please note that location, fuel expense and labour time will be taken into consideration when quoting our delivery and collection fee.

Yes you can - certain equipments require delivery only.

Otherwise, please ensure that you have adequate transportation and that some equipment may need to be disassembled beforehand.

Please note that a late fee will apply for all equipment that is not returned as per hire agreement.

Yes you do - a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and this will help secure your booking.

Yes you do - we require a security bond on all hires.

This is refundable within 3 business days, so long as the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was hired out. 

The bond is payable upon pick-up and/or delivery of equipment.

You can pay via direct bank transfer as per payment advice on all issued invoices. 

Cancellations that are made more than 7 days from day of pick-up/delivery will receive a full refund. 

However if cancellations made less than 7 days from day of delivery will receive a refund for the delivery and collection fees only, the deposit is considered as cost of lost opportunity and is not refundable.

No refund applies for customer pick-ups cancelled less than 7 days from collection.

There is no refund applied for equipment cancelled within 48 hours from the day of delivery.

Please notify us immediate, do not attempt to fix yourself.

The security bond will help cover any repairable damage or replacement costs. If the cost of repairing or replacing equipment is greater than the bond, you will be invoiced the difference.

Yes we do - we have full public liability insurance and we're happy to provide a certificate for any venues or clients that request it.
